Cristina is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth services across Louisiana. She works with clients of all ages, helping them navigate life's challenges with a focus on improving mental health and overall quality of life.

​Cristina has special interests in trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and the integration of behavioral medicine with everyday wellness. She is passionate about supporting military veterans, as well as professionals and college students navigating academic, occupational, and attention-related challenges. She helps clients build resilience, find balance, and move toward lasting wellness.
